JOB TITLE: Account Manager, Lex Autolease Corporate
LOCATION(S): Manchester
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of our time at an office hub.

In Transport, we support businesses and their drivers to transition to sustainable driving options, aiding the move to Net Zero, especially as consumers finance electric vehicles with us.
Within Lex Autolease Corporate, the Essential Relationship Management team manages a portfolio of SME, Mid Corporate, CIC & Public Sector clients with operational fleet and salary sacrifice schemes. Our role involves supporting digitisation and fleet electrification.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Manage your own customer portfolio, including quote production, renewal management, and customer retention.
* Convert customers to sole supply agreements and manage proposals, tenders, and stakeholder engagement.
* Lead annual Strategic Review management and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Secure credit facilities using online proposal tools and handle escalations for customer dissatisfaction.
* Manage manufacturer terms and update Dynamics 365 with all activity details.
* Network within customers to generate referrals and promote Lex Autolease products and services.
* Increase usage of online applications and conduct account reviews.
* Use MS Teams for customer interactions, recording minutes and follow-up actions in Dynamics 365.
* Engage in social media activity aligned with the LA Insight Sales Process.
Skills required (Essential)
* Experience in the motor industry, including fleet product funding.
* Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships.
* Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable with face-to-face and virtual interactions.
* Good environmental awareness and understanding of sustainable driving and electric vehicle financing.
