Job Title: Management Accountant Location: Sutton, Greater London (Hybrid working available) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum benefits About the Role An established and growing group of businesses is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team based in Sutton. Working within a dynamic multi-entity environment, this role will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial information across several companies within the group. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys working across multiple business units and partnering with operational teams to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities within the group Full responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial records Budgeting and forecasting across several business units Variance analysis and providing insightful commentary to senior management Supporting the year-end process and liaising with external auditors Assisting with cashflow forecasting and financial planning Intercompany reconciliations and consolidation support Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects About You Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience Previous experience in a Management Accountant role Experience working with multiple entities or within a group structure Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems Whats on Offer Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working options Opportunity to work across a diverse group of businesses Supportive and collaborative finance team Career development opportunities within a growing organisation Next Steps If you are a motivated Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career within a multi-entity environment, we would love to hear from you.
