Role Responsibilities
As a SEND teaching assistant, you will work across Key Stage 1 and 2, engaging in outdoor activities, using technology, and employing non-conventional learning methods outside the classroom.

* Experience in managing challenging behaviors and SEMH needs, including ASD/ASC
* Ability to build rapport with pupils on a 1:1 basis
