The role
Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business, delivering outstanding customer service year-round. We’re seeking individuals who are passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic about showcasing our products. As a team player, you’ll engage in giving and receiving feedback to grow our collective skills.
You’ll ask insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcase our products through demonstrations. Support purchasing decisions by confirming interest and guiding the sale. Your role includes offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, crafting personalized routines, and providing pampering sit-down consultations, including hand and arm massages as part of your daily routine.
Through in-depth product training, you’ll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to customers and helping create the ultimate high street shopping experience.
Key Information
Days Available: Flexible availability with at least three days per week, including weekdays and weekends.
Hours available: 4–6 hours per week (max overtime 20 hrs per week in late November – end of December)

Key Responsibilities
* You must have at least 4 days available and flexibility to work around current shifts and upcoming seasonal expectations.
* Make customers feel like VIPs with a confident, friendly, and helpful approach, ensuring they leave with a positive impression.
* Become a product expert, helping customers choose the right products based on knowledgeable guidance.
* Team up with colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor engaging, and deliver top-notch service together.
* Create appealing displays and keep the store looking fabulous to help customers find the right products.
* Help maintain inventory by restocking shelves and keeping products ready for sale.
* Keep the store clean and inviting to enhance the customer shopping experience.
* Handle transactions with a smile and ensure customers have a positive checkout experience.
* Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel genuinely cared for.
* Participate in training sessions to grow personally and professionally.
