Security Officer – Vigilant Security
Vigilant Security is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Darlington Memorial Hospital on a full‑time, permanent contract. This position may suit anyone who has previous experience within the Security, Hospitality or Customer Service Industry, or someone looking to start a new career.
Your Role
You will provide a professional, responsive and observant security presence. The duties on this site are varied and will include reception duties, customer facing duties, patrolling and site inspections. Communication and customer service skills are essential. A high quality of security will be maintained while staying alert to any potential risks or threats to the location, its assets and people.

Candidate requirements
* SIA DS licence – essential
* Excellent communication and administration skills
* Reliable with excellent time‑management skills
* Smart, well‑groomed and confident
* Customer care awareness
* Telephone/switchboard skills
* First Aid training would be an advantage
* IT literacy would be an advantage
* Fully comprehensive 5‑year work/education history
