Our client, a leading ServiceNow partner, is looking for a number of technical consultants to work as part of an innovative team, developing world-class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
You will provide technical consulting services to clients; contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions, including customizing package-based solutions, data design and conversion, technically-focused testing, and configuring technical infrastructure components; and serve as a technical resource on a team. You will develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.
Focus on designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide guidance, thought leadership, and hands-on development to both our client and internal technical resources.
Responsibilities:
* Be part of a team of ServiceNow specialists delivering solutions to multiple customers.
* Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering to build requirements and design solutions. Advise and make recommendations on proposed solutions.
* Develop solutions in ServiceNow to meet requirements, including configuration, scripting, testing, demonstrations, UAT, and go-live support.
* Mentor and train junior team members.
* Create documentation and training materials for implemented solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment.
Understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles, and procedures.
High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and experience building custom applications and integrations with other platforms.
Certifications such as:
* ServiceNow Certified Administrator
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
* ServiceNow Application Developer
* ITIL Foundation
Additional certifications or experience in areas like HR, CSM, FSM, Service Portal, CMDB, SAM, Discovery, ITOM, ITBM, PPM would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present solutions to customers, including senior management, and a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Proactive, creative, willing to research solutions, learn, and take on new challenges.
Willingness to travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work on client sites as required.

Salary: A comprehensive salary in the range of £65-85k depending on experience, with a flexible benefits scheme including Pension, Life Insurance, Health insurance, travel insurance, store vouchers/discounts, 25 days holiday, and options to increase holiday and benefits.
Excellent ongoing training will be provided.
Due to some work requirements, candidates must have at least 5-10 years of UK residency and hold a British Passport to obtain necessary clearances.
