B2B Senior Marketing Manager | £450-£500 per day (Umbrella) | London / Hybrid | 6-Month Contract
We're working with a leading not-for-profit organisation in the education sector to recruit an Interim Senior Marketing Manager. This is a high-profile role responsible for leading B2B audience development for English and Exams, driving new customer acquisition through lead generation, lead nurture, and sales enablement programmes globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement B2B marketing plans to drive customer acquisition for English and Exams products.
* Manage full-funnel campaigns, including lead generation, lead nurture, and reporting on key metrics.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
* Develop sales enablement tools and collateral to support commercial teams worldwide.
* Analyse customer insights, market data, and campaign performance to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
* Provide thought leadership and represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product development.
About You
* Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Skilled in managing marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Experienced in creating sales support materials and working closely with commercial teams.
* Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and optimise campaigns.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.
* Experience in a global organisation and/or the education sector is desirable.
* Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Package
* 6-month interim contract
* Hybrid working: London office & remote flexibility
* Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
* Daily rate: £450-£500 (umbrella)
