Role Overview:
Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students
Assist with classroom management and organisation
Help prepare and maintain learning resources
Collaborate with staff to monitor student progress and behaviour
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
Confident, reliable, and enthusiastic about education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to use initiative and work well as part of a team
Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
