Responsibilities of Accounts Assistant:
* Processing invoices from start to finish
* Setting up supplier accounts and maintaining good supplier relationships and answering their enquiries
* Prepare accounting reports using Excel data
* Follow up on late payments
* Issuing credit notes when necessary
* Processing Payroll
* Processing weekly and monthly payment runs, both cheque and electronic
* Reconcile accounts and supplier statements
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
