The Opportunity
As a senior team member, you will design and deliver multi-channel communication strategies that engage workplace members and support client goals. You will collaborate with trustees, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders to drive impactful campaigns. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues, fostering innovation and raising standards within the team and for Standard Life.
What You’ll Do
* Lead strategic communication planning and execution for major workplace clients (typically £500m+ AUA).
* Build trusted relationships with clients, trustees, and stakeholders.
* Create engaging member narratives based on data, insights, and market knowledge.
* Oversee campaign execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and impact.
* Contribute to business growth through propositions, pitches, and content development.
* Mentor and support junior colleagues, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience leading large-scale communication campaigns for corporate or workplace savings clients.
* Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial awareness.
* Experience coaching or developing others is advantageous.
Professional qualifications (e.g., CIM or pensions-related certification) are desirable but not essential.
