Your new company
Our client is a highly-respected defendant firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a 1-3 PQE solicitor to join their Insurance Fraud team on a hybrid basis. Previous insurance litigation or fraud experience is required.
Your new role
This Fraud Solicitor role will see you:

* Manage a diverse portfolio of litigated fraud cases, primarily motor-related, with the opportunity to gain exposure to complex fraud matters.
\t
* Assist senior solicitors on complex and high-value fraud matters
\t
* Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and detailed instructions for counsel.
\t
* Represent clients at court hearings and delivering strategic litigation guidance.
\t
* Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure exceptional service and timely case progression.
\t
* Remain up-to-date with legal developments and procedural updates to ensure compliance and best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
\t
* Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
\t
* Previous fraud experience or exposure to insurance litigation.
\t
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\t
* Commerical mindset.
\t
* Ability to work as part of a team.
\t
* A keen interest in insurance fraud matters.
