Drive process control and capability to ensure reliable, repeatable production. Apply Lean and industrial engineering tools (Kaizen, time studies, VSM, line balancing). Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and first-time quality. Support industrialization of new products including tooling, work instructions, and validation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design-to-production transitions using DFMA principles. Implement and lead APQP, PPAP, and related readiness and approval processes. Conduct structured problem-solving using RCA, 8D, and DMAIC methodologies. Define and maintain routings, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
