Overview
Established in 1994, ECG Facilities Services is a leading provider of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) maintenance across the UK. With a strong presence in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, ECG also delivers specialist services in water hygiene and managed services - operating 24/7, 365 days a year.
As a Engineering Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of in-house labour management and helpdesk operations. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, coordinating in house engineering visits, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with SLAs and KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule inhouse engineering labour visits.
* Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
* Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
* Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
* Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
* Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Experience
* Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
* Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries).
* Knowledge of CAFM systems.
* Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
