About The Role
This is a hands-on, operational position where you will have responsibility for several Service Areas, developing close relationships with stakeholders and employees. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing advice and support to line managers
* On-going development and coaching of line managers to improve their people management skills
* Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns within your Service Areas
* Providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment
* Supporting and Leading on various HR projects and initiatives
* Supporting and advising on change management and restructure processes
About You
You will be an experienced CIPD qualified Human Resources professional who is resilient, ethical, and relationship-focused, thriving in an environment where you can help advise and influence to get positive outcomes for all involved. You will have experience of working with a wide range of employees across multiple departments, doing hands-on HR work including absence management, policy development, case work, trade union consultation, pay and benefits, and workforce planning.
