Information Security Operations Analyst II
Overview
The Security Analyst will play a key role in supporting the operational and financial functions of the Security Team. This role combines workforce management and administrative duties to ensure smooth and effective operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Role
* Be responsible for the overall day‑to‑day running of the centralised mailbox and ticketing of requests, once they have been triaged by the Senior Information Security Operations Analyst.
* Work with other members of the team to support them on inflight initiatives and assist with tracking of their progress.
* Build strong relationships with wider teams across the business to foster collaboration and support.
* Assist the Senior Information Security Operations Analyst with compiling and storage of all financial documents, including tracking of finances.
* Work effectively as both an independent contributor and as part of a dynamic, fast‑paced team.
* Provide support during team projects and assist in achieving departmental objectives.
* Support the Senior Information Security Operations Analyst in their role, assisting where possible with any issues or actions of the function which are being worked on.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to question irregularities and propose solutions.
* Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial systems.
