A beautiful dining pub in Marlow that currently holds 1 Michelin star and has an excellent reputation for great service coupled with superb food. This casual and informal space is a place where everybody should feel comfortable. They are open 6 days a week serving lunch and dinner with breakfast available on the weekends for walk ins.
The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous in a Michelin starred kitchen
Ideally a high level of experience in fine dining
be a driven chef striving to achieve the best
Organised and good attention to detail
Happy with shifts as required
Live locally to the area or drive.
