* Designing IAM frameworks aligning to industry standards
* User access management – overseeing user provisioning
* Security compliance to regulatory requirements – ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX
* Role-based access control assessment (RBAC) oversight

* Incident response: Ability to quickly respond to access-related security incidents

Requirements:
* Experience in a similar IAM management or SME role
* Understanding of IAM tooling (SailPoint, OKTA, Azure AD), MFA, and RBAC
* Strong understanding of security compliance – ISO 27001, SOX (highly desirable), NIST
* Experience managing IAM projects from design to implementation to monitoring
* Demonstrable experience of managing stakeholders at all levels
* Problem-solving skills including management of security incidents with an IAM focus
Working Conditions:
The role is based in London (city) with three days required in the office. A valid travel plan must be maintained.
