Job Purpose: To lead the day‑to‑day co‑ordination of our charity shop, ensuring it operates as a welcoming, inclusive and financially sustainable space. Who you are: You’re a can‑do, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a busy, people‑focused environment. You bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for helping others – whether that’s supporting individuals on their recovery journey or running a welcoming and efficient shop that maximises income for our charity. Most importantly, you’re a natural mentor, able to guide, encourage and empower service users as they build confidence and learn new skills through retail‑focused activities.
