Summary of Role
To provide excellent legal advice and client service within a supportive and ambitious team, ranked Band 1 in Chambers legal directory and undertaking high quality and challenging cases within England, Scotland and cross-border. The individual will be able to act as an ambassador for the firm, further developing a strong and established English family law practice covering financial and child matters. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours considered. We are seeking English qualified candidates.
Key Tasks
* Build and maintain long lasting client and agent relationships.
* Manage and develop your direct reports and support other team members with legal queries
* Manage your workload competently, professionally, efficiently and cost effectively with minimum supervision to achieve client and firm objectives.
* Be pro-active in the financial control of all your own and team matters, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
* Contribute constructively to the work of other team members/teams in the Private Client Division.
* Contribute to organising and delivering technical training within the division.
Qualifications and Experience
* 4+ years PQE

* You have excellent communication skills, you are articulate, you communicate clearly, concisely and without any jargon.
* You enjoy working within a team and autonomously on your own initiative.
* You are personable and good at building and developing client relationships.
* You are confident and you have a strong belief in yourself and your own ability.
* You are committed to providing a good client experience and willing to put in extra time and effort when required
