Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Yard Operator, you'll be essential to our depot operations, ensuring smooth and efficient yard management. Your key duties will include:
* Safety-focused operations: Loading and unloading gas cylinders following strict safety protocols
* Inventory management: Organising and maintaining accurate yard stock levels
* Equipment operation: Operating forklift equipment (comprehensive training provided for candidates without experience)
* Compliance: Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards at all times
* General support: Assisting with warehouse duties and supporting team operations as needed

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Exceptional reliability – Outstanding timekeeping and attendance record
* Positive attitude – Proactive approach with willingness to learn and adapt
* Physical capability – Comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work in various weather conditions
Preferred (Not Essential):
* Forklift experience – Advantageous but not required as full training will be provided
