The Production Manager will oversee all daily operations within a busy structural steel fabrication and welding facility. You will ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production output while leading and developing a skilled workforce. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, capable of driving performance, maintaining safety standards and delivering continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead production teams across all shifts, ensuring appropriate supervision and safe working practices. Monitor production output, driving improvements in efficiency, quality and cost control. Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
