Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR guidance to school leadership and staff
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
* Oversee employee relations, absence management, and payroll coordination

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.

Salary: £33,000 - £35,500 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Term Time only plus 2 weeks' contract: 41 weeks of the year.
