You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance, quality output, and timely project delivery. This role requires a seasoned professional ready to provide expert technical support and contribute to our operational excellence in advanced manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain various Additive Manufacturing 3D printers (e.g., SLA, DMP), ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AM equipment to minimize downtime. Prepare, monitor, and post-process printed parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize print processes and improve output quality across different AM technologies. Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Assist in the setup and calibration of printers for new projects. Maintain accurate documentation of print jobs, maintenance activities, and inventory. Train and support other team members on various AM processes and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience with various additive manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., SLA, DMP). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel for maintenance, training, or support as required (up to 50% of time). Specific experience understanding 3D Systems equipment preferred. English level: minimum B2.
