Finance Change and Communications Lead required to support a major, multi-year transformation. The transformation includes multiple workstreams including the likes of ERP, Finance Systems, Process Change and GBS.
This role will lead on the finance change and communications strategy but requires someone to also be hands on to lead on the actual execution. The role will work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead, CFO, COO and Strategic Change Lead.
Essential requirements:
Worked on truly global programmes
Multi-project finance transformation experience (from a change management perspective)
Created the finance change strategy and let on execution
ADKAR experience and Prosci experience
Desirable:
Accounting qualification
