As a Client Administrator your responsibilities will include…
* Manage all client enquiries related to orders, ensuring they’re processed accurately and on time
* Respond to client mailbox enquiries within SLA
* Cover administrative tasks for warehouse and production admin roles
* Provide support in responding to client cost queries and ensure cost information provided is accurate
* Handle general administrative requests, such as organising meetings/ maintaining client records
* Create and document client briefs, ensure all necessary details are clearly communicated
We are looking for a Client Administrator with the following skills and experience…
* Some experience in a sales administrative/ customer service position is preferred
* Excellent communication, relationship & rapport building skills
* Solid computer skills, MS office suite (Excel) & IT systems
* Attention to detail and high standards for quality control
* Happy to work in a small and quieter team, often independently
* Passionate and driven approach to work, self-motivated with a proactive attitude
