We are currently looking to recruit a Bid Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the entire bid lifecycle. Working with the Business Development team, you will be responsible for the end to end-to-end tender process, writing and producing high-quality, compelling proposals that align with Clinical Partners Strategic objectives. Working to the Head of Contracts and Tenders, you will work closely with the Business Support Manager and the Regional Strategic Partnership Managers to produce high-quality, compliant written content for bids, business proposals, and other work-winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the preparation, development, and submission of healthcare bids, tenders, and proposals in response to public sector opportunities
Analyse tender documentation, identify key requirements, and develop bid strategies in alignment with business goals.
Oversee the coordinated input from clinical, operational, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure bid content is accurate and compelling.
Write and edit bid content, ensuring compliance with specification requirements, and maintaining a persuasive and consistent tone of voice.
Ensure organisational USPs and win-themes are golden threads through each individual bid.
Develop and manage bid project plans, timelines, and governance, ensuring all deliverables are completed to high standards and on time.
Ensure adherence to internal approval processes and governance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing end-to-end bid processes, ideally in the healthcare, life sciences, or health services sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, concise, and persuasive content.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ethical and principled approach to compliance.
Ability to adapt and react quickly and calmly to changing regulations and requirements.
Proactive and self-motivated.
