This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work within a supportive and collaborative commercial team, gain hands-on experience with NEC contracts, and play an integral role in project delivery from both a post and live contract perspective.
The Opportunity:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you'll play a key role in:
* Supporting contract administration across multiple design and infrastructure projects
* Assisting with early warnings, compensation events, and change management processes with guidance
* Helping maintain accurate commercial records, cost trackers and project documentation
* Participating in the preparation and submission of applications for payment and supporting cost control activities
* Supporting communication and compliance with clients under NEC forms of contract
* Your work will directly contribute to delivering successful project outcomes, maintaining positive client relationships, and upholding strong commercial control.
