About Our Client

Job Description
* Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
* Develop and optimise semantic models and curated datasets, ensuring they remain accurate and accessible
* Ensure data consistency, quality, and scalability across the organisation
* Nurture stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into insightful analytical solutions
* Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI / ML, to enhance data capabilities
* Promote and uphold data standards and best practices within the Analytics and Data Engineering team
* Support and empower data-driven decision-making across the business
* Carry out ETL processes and validate data for accuracy and completeness
* Analyse data using SQL and scripting languages such as Python to provide actionable insights
* Share clear and meaningful insights to guide both strategic and operational decisions
The Successful Applicant
BI & Analytics Manager A successful BI & Analytics Manager should have :
* A strong background in business intelligence and data analytics.
* Experience working with large data sets from various sources.
* Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Expertise in SQL and other data query languages.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
* A proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges through data.
