With an average of 550–600 fully prepped vehicles on-site and a high volume of daily appointments from our proactive telesales and online teams, ourHinckley branch is buzzing with opportunity.
We’re looking for ahigh-energy Sales Executivewho’s confident closing deals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to earn.
The successful applicant will be:
* Welcoming and guiding customers through their showroom experience
* Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right vehicle
* Arranging test drives and presenting value-added products
* Delivering top-tier customer service from start to finish
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Skills and Attributes:
* Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales)
* A driven, motivated individual with a passion for success
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent customer service and attention to detail
* Presentable, professional, and team-oriented
* Full UK driving licence
* FCA accreditation (we’ll provide training)
