Senior Business Analyst
Leicester based – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Type: Fixed term employment contract/ Contract Inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business change across high‑impact initiatives. In this hybrid Leicester‑based role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and external partners to understand business needs, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
The Role
* Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
* Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
* Support product owners with roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and solution shaping.
* Drive alignment between business and technology teams throughout delivery.
* Support testing, readiness, and smooth implementation of new solutions.
What You Will Bring
* Proven Senior BA experience (ideally in digital, technology, or transformation environments).
* Strong business analysis expertise across complex projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience in product ownership or working closely with product teams.
* Solid understanding of technology implementation and Agile delivery.
* Ability to influence, solve problems, and simplify complex concepts.
* Ability to work 2–3 days on‑site in Leicester.
* Strong documentation, facilitation and analytical skills.
