Health & Safety Compliance Advisor Permanent position Salary is £38,500 The Company will put the successful applicant through the relevant training e.g. IOSH and NEBOSH. Exciting opportunity for an individual with relevant experience in Health & Safety Compliance. You'll be dealing across our Clients Parks and Open Spaces service. You'll be making sure that all parks, public spaces and facilities consistently meet the highest standards of safety, legal compliance and risk management. The successful applicant will drive the development, implementation and continual improvement of safety policies, procedures, audits and reporting systems — embedding a proactive culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across the service. Working closely with their managers, you will provide expert support to deliver robust risk assessments, effective training and meaningful safety improvements. Job requirements: Proven experience developing, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedures. Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments and safety investigations. Delivery toolbox talks, training sessions and guidance on emerging risks and safe working practices. Monitor contractor compliance and review contractor risk assessments and safety plans.
