This role is based within a supported living service located in Denbigh, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals with mental health needs and/or mild learning disabilities.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting individuals 1-1 and promoting positive well-being
* Supporting individuals to gain confidence, live independently at home, and access the community
* Providing personal care for some individuals as needed
* Maintaining a high level of support according to service needs
* Participating in activities aligned with the interests of the people supported and showing enthusiasm for their pursuits
