They are currently recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee the day to day accounts function. In this hands on role the successful candidate will ensure efficient administrative processes, accurate financial records, budget control, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Reporting To Managing Director Key Responsibilities Finance Management Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and cash flow Complete accounts to month end Oversee accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll Maintain accurate financial records and reports Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Bank & credit card reconciliations VAT Returns Payroll duties Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and decision-making Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in office management and financial management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools Excellent organisational and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity and confidentiality Experience Minimum of 35 years experience in a finance-related role Skills: Bank & credit card reconciliations VAT Returns Payroll duties Xero
