What Will You Be Doing?
As a Key Account Manager for Sustainable Homes, you will be maximizing sales by strengthening the existing and developing new Sustainable Home Centres. Visiting the Centres, working with the sales team, sales managers, and marketing to achieve sales targets.
You will:
1. Create strategic business plans for existing and new SHCs.
2. Work regularly and consistently with the sales team to ensure new installers are directed to the SHCs for training, development, and purchases.
3. Organise and co-ordinate regional and national events.
4. Ensure SHCs are up-to-date with the latest industry legislation and incentives.
5. Identify sales opportunities to increase market share.
6. Accurately report sales, sales growth, and events.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who is customer service driven. You must have previous account management experience within the HVAC industry, ideally heating and plumbing.
You will be commuting across the whole of the South East, as well as nationally when needed. So you must be happy to travel and stay overnight.
