The Role: To ensure the efficient and effective running of the Management offices by providing a comprehensive personal secretarial/administrative support service, including secretarial support, diary management, organising meetings and various other duties over the whole range of responsibilities.

What we'll need you to bring
* HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Management Secretary
* Proficient in the use of Software systems
* Advanced keyboard skills
* Ability to use own initiative
* Medical terminology
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and discretion
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
* NHS experience
* SSTS Reports
* Effective team worker
* Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to support organisational objectives
* Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills including minute taking and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
* Ability to co-ordinate rotas for Senior staff
* Ability to manage Diaries on a daily basis

This role will be based in management department within University Hospital Hairmyres.
