Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Needed SEN Primary School | Horley Monday – Friday | 8:15am – 4:45pm Full-Time Position
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a supportive and nurturing school environment?
We are currently recruiting passionate, dedicated, and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEN primary school in Horley on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children with additional needs and helping them build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small group support within the classroom Supporting pupils with learning activities, engagement, and daily routines Encouraging positive social interaction, confidence, and independence Assisting with pupils’ emotional, social, and communication development Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience supporting primary-aged children with SEN is essential Experience working within a school or classroom setting A calm, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop, and thrive
