The Opportunity: Titanic Distillers are seeking a results-driven and highly organised Event, Corporate, and Retail Sales Manager to lead their event and sales strategy. This pivotal role will be instrumental in expanding the brands visibility, growing revenue streams, and fostering high-value client relationships across corporate, tourism, and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities: Event & Corporate Sales Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual event revenue targets. Identify and capitalise on new event opportunities including corporate functions, private tastings, festivals, and promotional showcases. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging proposals and presentations that capture client interest. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up. Work with internal and external event teams to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding customer experiences. Establish and maintain partnerships with venues, suppliers, and industry collaborators. Client & Customer Relationship Management Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients in the event, tourism, and cask sales sectors. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing bespoke service and timely support. Represent the brand at events, tastings, and exclusive cask selection sessions to engage key clients and prospects. Implement strategic follow-ups to drive client retention and repeat business. Sales Reporting & Insights Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, client activity, and event outcomes. Utilise CRM systems to accurately track leads, interactions, and performance metrics. Analyse sales trends and customer data to refine sales strategies and optimise results. Collaboration & Teamwork Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure unified execution. Participate in strategic meetings to provide sales insights and contribute to product and brand development. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in event and corporate sales, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or spirits industry. A genuine passion for relationship building and brand storytelling. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
