We are now seeking an IT SAP System Specialist to join our newly established team. Key Accountabilities SAP/CTRM consulting including customer facing implementations, roll outs and expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment Work independently as an expert in the finance domain Ability to lead a team of consultants and underwrite solution delivery without escalations Manage requirement workshops, scope, customer expectations and maintenance for business operations or support functions, including defining business need, analysis of alternatives, solution recommendation, and solution implementation and other related tasks Apply security standards to applications and systems, and tackle and clear all vulnerabilities Estimate effort and difficulty of development and configuration tasks accurately, and ensure response to and correction of problems in a timely manner, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization Provide on-call technical support to other group subsidiary offices and participate in internal projects as required Create technical/ functional specifications for all developments and configurations work Train new employees about commodity management modules and perform knowledge transfer to other IT colleagues Professional Experience Required Expert in Finance Best Practices including conducting demos and preparing functional specifications and test scripts Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO) related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes etc. SAP S/4HANA Fiori Apps competence SAP S/4HANA certification for Finance 2022 version or higher Hands on experience in any 3 of the following areas of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM - Credit Management, Collections/Disputes), Treasury, Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash), FICA and Advanced Product costing, Advanced Profitability, Financial Consolidation/Reporting, Central Finance and IFRS 15/16 know how would be an added advantage Experience of working on full lifecycle project implementations as well as supporting upgrades and integration projects Ability to challenge and question existing processes Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAC Planning, Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance Experience in integration with SAP Application areas, preferably Oil and Gas, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Inventory Management Education and Qualification/Skills and Competences Bachelors degree SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling as well as a good understanding of business processes Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a result-driven profile Excellent communication, verbal and writing competencies to successfully interact with colleagues Leadership and team spirit. Ability to lead and coordinate by being influential across the organization, collaborate in multiple Finance topics and understand complex frameworks Analytical skills and attention to details with ability to resolve issues by analyzing and evaluating possible solutions Knowledge of Finance, Controlling and Commercial Finance processes are a plus Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
