Location: Ipswich Salary : A GBP 60,000 Hours: 35 hrs/week
A leading neurological care provider is seeking a driven and experienced Service Manager to lead a 26:bed complex care unit, including a 6:bed rehabilitation wing. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, deep understanding of complex medical needs, and proven experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

This long:established brain injury unit delivers personalised neurorehabilitation, supported by in:house clinicians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Its part of a national charity known for innovation and outstanding care.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* 5+ years in a Registered Manager role.
* Strong CQC knowledge and leadership track record.
* Full UK driving licence.
