Support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management and service
* Help deliver *high-quality pub favourites*
* Lead the team during busy services and maintain high standards of food and hygiene
* Assist with *menu development* for daily pub offerings
* Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen organisation
* Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
· Availability throughout weekends
· Excellent food hygiene knowledge (Level 2/3 Food Safety xsngvjr preferred)
· Flexible and committed, with a desire to grow and learn
