Senior Lettings Specialist
We’re looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Finders Keepers team based in Banbury.

What We’re Looking For:
9. Estate agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
10. Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
11. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
12. Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
13. Generate and book valuations.
14. Qualify and service new applicants.
15. Carry out property viewings.
16. Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
17. Administer tenancies (with support).
18. Provide outstanding customer service.
