Salary: £32,000–£36,000 basic + up to £6,000 performance bonus (OTE £42,000)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (Saturday mornings on a fair rota)
About the Role
We are recruiting a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician / Light Vehicle Mechanic to join a highly regarded garage in Brighton. This is a mobile position, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations using modern diagnostic equipment and a fully equipped work van.
This role offers autonomy, variety, and strong support from an experienced workshop and management team. Ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently while remaining part of a professional garage environment.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs at customer locations
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using mobile diagnostic equipment
Complete repairs and parts replacement to a high standard
Maintain accurate job records and follow mobile working procedures
Deliver excellent customer service while representing the garage professionally
What We're Looking For
NVQ / IMI Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance (Level 3 advantageous)
Full UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach
Pride in workmanship and customer service
Experience in a main dealer, independent garage, or mobile role beneficial
