EUC Support Engineer - VIP – London - £40,000 – Hybrid Working O365, D365, Azure, Intune, AD, Exchange, Windows 10/11, LAN, WAN, VPN, MDM, Autopilot EUC Support Engineer, you’ll be the face of IT in our London office—supporting our clients teams, including the Tech Leadership and CEO, with seamless, jargon-free technical assistance. About you. Be the go-to IT expert in our London office, providing hands-on support and resolving escalations. Manage and deploy Windows desktop environments using Intune and Autopilot. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Support and mentor 1st/2nd line engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning. Maintain and evolve IT policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to infrastructure and security maintenance. Occasionally travel to head office for team meetings and collaboration. Skills You will bring Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: O365, D365, Azure, Intune, AD, Exchange, Windows 10/11. Experience in Power Apps a plus Familiarity with Jamf Pro and Apple macOS/iOS support. Knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), MDM, and cybersecurity best practices.
