Contract Support / Contract Location: Leeds LS9 Our client, one of the UKs largest facilities management companies, is recruiting a Contract Support professional to join their Leeds-based team. This role provides vital customer service and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of FM services while meeting client expectations, quality standards and SLAs. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for client calls and emails Raise, allocate and manage work orders in line with contract scope and SLAs Liaise with site teams and head office to process quotations and purchase orders Allocate engineers to reactive and planned works Support billing and finance activities, including invoicing, debt chasing and supplier invoices Maintain accurate records and support daily contract operations About You GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths; A-Level/HNC desirable Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Previous experience in a customer-facing or contract support role Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Calm under pressure and able to work independently or as part of a team
