Job Description
We are searching for a Bid Manager who will work as part of the Business Development Team, supporting the Head of Bids and Product Management in the application of best practice in bids & proposals management and creation. Responsible for the effective planning, implementation and release of winning proposals this role will include the development and application of robust proposal processes, winning bid strategies, cross business workshare planning, scheduling and collation in readiness for presentation at business level reviews for all bid opportunities.

Your Challenge:
Receive bid and proposal requests and prepare for bid/no-bid reviews Lead all proposal activities, including the workshare distribution of proposal workshare activities to execute proposal creation and on time submission
Coordination of cross-functional/departmental activities
To collate information and create cohesive proposals using information presented by the business unit cross functional teams
