Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing

The Specialists Journey Group is a collection of some of the world’s finest niche tour operators, including Brightwater Holidays, Andante Travels, and Dream Challenges. We are seeking a creative and commercial Senior Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities for our brands, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
The role focuses on driving revenue and passenger growth through data-driven paid search, social, affiliate, and other performance channels, emphasizing strategy and execution. Strong collaboration skills and experience with paid media platforms are essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading digital performance marketing across all Group brands and managing paid media strategy with agency partners.
* Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other channels.
* Creating and refining paid social campaigns on Meta and Instagram.
* Overseeing affiliate marketing and agency relationships.
* Analyzing performance using GA4, Matomo, and MMM models to recommend optimizations.
* Driving A/B testing, landing page improvements, and organic traffic growth.
* Managing paid media budgets for long-term value and ROI.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in managing paid media accounts, and skilled in data analysis and SEO. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to foster collaboration and achieve results.
We offer a flexible working environment, with a requirement to attend the Cheltenham office at least two days per week.
