Casa Paco is seeking a passionate and reliable team member to join our busy, family-run Spanish restaurant in Jersey. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high hospitality standards, supporting daily operations, and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for authentic Spanish cuisine and culture. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is required. Applicants must currently be based on the island of Jersey.
