What you will be doing
* Preparation of a closing agenda detailing the CPs and documents required to be satisfied by the parties prior to closing.
* Review the CPs against RRPF pro‑forma documentation (including insurance certificates, letters of credit, corporate certificates, recognition of rights agreement) and negotiate with the customer until an agreed format is reached.
* Obtain fee quotes and liaise with local counsel.
* Coordinate the execution of transaction documents in accordance with RRPF’s signing process.
* Manage the closing mechanics process in line with RRPF pro‑forma closing mechanics.
* Liaise with the different teams within RRPF to facilitate smooth closing.
* Ensure all post‑closing contractual actions are completed, including chasing customers and escalating internally.
* E‑file all RRPF contracts (lease agreements, sale agreements) and maintain the local‑law legal opinion library, insurance certificates and security filings.
* Contract management, administration and compliance.

* Desirable: Experience in legal drafting, negotiating and administering aircraft engine or other aviation asset leases.
* Desirable: A degree or equivalent qualification in law or a related subject.
The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
