As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join the team at the very heart of our customers business, working alongside all other departments within the business to ensure processes are followed smoothly and our customers experience excellent service. In your role as a CSA: Customer Services Main point of contact for customers by telephone and email. Handle, resolve and record all customer complaints. Customer and Order management via SAP. Ensure accurate completion of supplier to retailer transactions. Investigate and solve disputes within supplier to retailer transactions. Investigate and solve issues with customer accounts. Complete all administrative tasks to support the customer including. Administrative Support Support Account Managers with administrative tasks such as reporting. Support Assets and Finance departments. Keep Account and Asset Managers updated with any issues. General office management tasks. Skills/Experience Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office – minimum level of intermediate Excel. Customer Service / Administration experience Logistic / Supply Chain experience Experience in SAP Working hours Hours: Mon-Fri,. Bank holidays required. (You will receive a day in lieu of bank holidays worked) Holiday: 25 days. Birthday off. 4% employer pension contribution. Private medical insurance.
