As part of PwC’s Financial Services Technology Data and Resilience (TDR) team, you help financial services firms navigate regulatory changes and manage complex data environments. Your role focuses on developing data strategies, supporting governance, integrating AI, and adding client value.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Data Strategy Development: Assist in developing enterprise-wide data strategies and operating models that embed sustainable data management and AI practices.
* Data Governance Support: Help clients improve data quality, lineage, and controls to strengthen internal oversight.
* AI and Automation Integration: Leverage AI and automation to enhance the scalability of data management and implementation.
* Value Addition for Clients: Provide insights and practical solutions to improve data governance and management.
* Promotion of Data Governance Culture: Support a robust data governance culture that integrates people, processes, and technology.
* Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate on engagements to meet client requirements and regulatory demands.
* Team Development and Delivery: Contribute to delivery efforts and support growth of diverse teams using AI tools.
* Communication Skills Development: Cultivate strong written and verbal communication to convey policies and strategies.
* Participation in Change and Risk Projects: Assist with client program management and risk transformation projects.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for expanded engagement.

* You understand regulatory drivers such as BCBS 239 and data management frameworks.
* Experience within Financial Services and Consulting is preferred.
* Familiarity with banking regulations such as BCBS 239 is preferred.
